To help us provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that:
Appointments are booked in advance – we may require a valid credit or debit card to secure your booking.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid affecting other clients.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation charge.
